Last updated 17 August 2026. These terms apply to rdvendora.com and the RD Vendora platform. They are not a substitute for professional legal advice.

Agreement

By creating an account, opening a store, placing an order, or using public pages, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

RD Vendora provides software for multi-vendor eCommerce: store setup, catalogues, orders, vendor tools, and related admin features. Features depend on your account type, subscription plan (if any), and configuration. We may change, pause, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us through the contact form if you believe the account was misused. We may suspend accounts that appear abusive, fraudulent, or in breach of these terms.

Stores, products, and orders

Store owners are responsible for their product descriptions, pricing, stock, fulfilment, delivery, returns, taxes, and customer service unless a written agreement says otherwise. Buyers should review a store’s listing and policies before paying. RD Vendora is a platform; unless we are the named seller on a specific listing, we are not the merchant of record for that sale.

Payments

Where checkout is enabled, payments may be processed by third parties such as Paystack or Flutterwave. Their fees, verification, and dispute processes apply. Subscription billing for RD Vendora plans, if you purchase one, is described on the pricing or billing screens at the time of purchase. We do not promise a specific refund period on this page; if a refund is available it will be stated at checkout or in a later written policy.

Content you submit

You retain ownership of content you upload, but you grant RD Vendora a licence to host, display, and moderate it as needed to run the platform. You must have the rights to that content. We may remove content that violates the Community Guidelines or the law.

Acceptable use

You may not use RD Vendora to sell illegal goods, to defraud others, to distribute malware, to scrape the service in a way that harms it, or to attempt to access other people’s accounts or data. Automated abuse of forms (including the newsletter and contact form) is not allowed.

Advertising

Public pages may display third-party advertising (including Google AdSense) when that programme is enabled. Ads are marked as advertisements. Do not click ads except as a genuine visitor. We do not ask anyone to click ads in exchange for a benefit.

Disclaimer of warranties

The platform is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that listings are accurate, that a store will make a particular amount of revenue, or that third-party services will always work. See also the Disclaimer.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, RD Vendora and RD NEXA TECH are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability for a claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim, or a small nominal amount if you paid nothing. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places, the limitation applies only as far as the law allows.

Termination

You may stop using the service and request account closure through the contact form. We may terminate or restrict access for breach, legal risk, or non-payment of a required plan. After closure, some records may remain as described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top will change. If a change is material we will try to notice it on the site. Continued use after the update constitutes acceptance where the law allows.
