Community Guidelines

Last updated 17 August 2026. These rules apply to stores, products, images, chats, testimonials, documents, and other material you submit.

Be accurate

Describe products honestly. Do not use another brand’s identity to mislead buyers. Prices and shipping information should match what you can actually fulfil.

Keep content lawful and appropriate

Do not list illegal goods or services, stolen items, or content that exploits children. Do not upload malware, or scripts inside product descriptions. Do not harass other users in chat or reviews.

Respect other people’s rights

Upload only photos and text you have the right to use. Do not copy another store’s catalogue wholesale.

No spam or manipulation

Do not flood the marketplace, contact form, or newsletter with automated junk. Do not ask visitors to click advertisements. Do not post fake reviews of your own store.

Moderation

RD Vendora administrators may hide or remove content, suspend stores, or refuse documents that fail review. If you see abuse, use in-product reporting where available or the contact form with a link or order reference. We may not discuss every enforcement decision in public.

Appeals

If you believe a moderation action was a mistake, write to us through the contact form from the email on the account and include relevant order or store names.
